This just in, Publix just released a coupon for a FREE Yoplait Greek yogurt. Not only did I just tweet today about how much I love Greek food, but I LOVE Greek yogurt. It’s great on its own mixed with a little honey, but it’s also a wonderful base for dips and more!

All Kellogg’s Cereals are 50% off this Saturday & Sunday!
You will want to RUN, now walk, over to Publix this morning. All of their Kellogg’s ready-to-eat cereals (essentially, cereals in a box) are 50% off!
I know, you’re thinking, “But they’re buy one get one free all the time!” True, but according to our favorite store manager at the Hwy 100 store in Bellevue who has worked for Publix for years, he has NEVER seen ALL Kellogg’s cereals go half off at the same time, and anticipates they will sell out fast.
I also just discovered that Publix is running their “Buy theirs, Get ours” promotion this week again. This is where you buy a brand name item and get the Publix version of the same product for FREE. Now through March 9th, you can get the following:
*Quaker Quakes snacks
*Triscuit crackers
*SnackWells cookies
*Hummus
This week’s Publix Penny Item is… Publix Chocolate Crème Sandwich Cookies
Remember, you can get one penny item for every $10 you spend (before coupons). One item per transaction. Some stores will let you break up your shopping into multiple transactions to get multiple Penny Items. This is good for March 3, 2010. Florida stores do not participate, but often have their own in-store specials; inquire at customer service. Publix reserves the right to change the Penny Item if they choose, so don’t wait until the end of the day if this is an item you really want!

This means that Harris Teeter will double any manufacturer’s coupon up to $1.98 face value (up to 20 per person, per day). Kroger said they’re not following suit this time, but I’ll let you know if that changes.
I have to finish prepping for my Talk of the Town appearance in a few hours, but when I get back I’ll be sure to update you and link to other sites with coupon match-ups!
UPDATE: Visit Kelly over at Faithful Provisions for her coupon match-ups and find other bloggers with match-ups as well. Here are a few of the best freebies:

I’ve had a lot of comments about my gyoza making lately. For those of you just joining in the conversation, gyoza’s are a Japanese dumpling. We love to fill them with a blend of meat and yummy veggies. (In fact, when you use a food processor to make your filling, you can “hide” lots of fresh veggies in the mix and your kids will never know!)
Check out how I make them in this video:
The only problem is finding the gyoza skins. Oriental markets and even some Japanese restaurants will sell them. However, here in Nashville we have K & S World Market in West Nashville. It is a HUGE grocery store filled with many international products at great prices, including Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Mexican and much more.
It’s not your typical store (they even have tons of live fish and eels swimming in tanks in the back) and it is definitely no frills, but if you’ve been looking for your favorite ethnic ingredients, I can almost guarantee they’ll have it there.
They also have some great deals on produce. I’ll also get a bag of garlic for $1, chop it finely, store it in a glass jar with oil, and then I always have chopped, fresh garlic on hand that is much less than what you’d buy pre-packaged!

I have to start out by saying I haven’t been by Harris Teeter in a very long time, but since moving down the road, I thought it was worth trying it out again.
First, I was reminded that Harris Teeter doubles coupons up to $.99 every day! Also, if you sign up for their eVic program online, you’re eligible for special sweepstakes and other weekly specials.
Their sales (in Nashville) run from Wednesday through Tuesday, so the deals I mention below end today. But if you need some cheap snacks or want to stock up in time for your next party (think surprise invitation to a Super Bowl festivity with nothing to bring!), you may want to pay a quick visit to your local store tonight. I just returned home with 6 boxes of popcorn and 5 boxes of crackers for $6. Here’s how:
Pop-Secret Popcorn9-10.5 ounce- $1
- $.50/2 coupon from 1/3 RP
= $1 for 2 boxes
Nabisco Snack Crackers7-9.5 ounce – BOGO Free (2.99)
